Turn up at the market at 6am and you're bound to find Oli covered in dust and baring power tools. We're really excited to be moving upstairs in the market but there is still a lot of work to do!
If you've been upstairs in the market before you'll know that our stalls was an electrical store and has been that way since 1891 when the market was originally built! The stall has had little done to it since then therefore a lot of work is required to make it an efficient kitchen while keeping as much of the Victorian charm as possible!
Our original date of opening has come and gone as well as our revised opening date but we're really keen to open before Xmas so watch this space and we'll be sure to let you know when we're ready. We can't wait to share some of our favourite dishes with our awesome Cardiff crowd as well as loads of other bangin ideas we want to bring!
